Nourishing Yoga for Winter  *sold out*
Saturday 14th Jan 2017
2.30-5pm, Breathe Bristol, £25.
After the excesses of the festive season, January can often be a time of deciding to ‘detox’. However, cold and darkness can make us feel lethargic and lacking in motivation – all we really want to do is curl up and hibernate. Cultivating self-compassion through a restorative approach to your yoga practice can help you find a middle way.

We’ll begin with a soothing asana flow to warm the body and clear the mind. We’ll then move into supported supine postures using blankets and bolsters for deep muscular, connective tissue and nervous system release. There will be guided relaxation and grounding breath-work throughout.

The Call of the Wild  *sold out*
Sunday 6th August 2017

You are invited to leave the studio behind and join me for an afternoon of outdoor yoga!
2-5pm, Sunday 6th August, Leigh Court Farm, £25

Being in natural surroundings can enhance the yoga experience in many ways; focusing awareness, breathing deeply, finding stillness. In this workshop, we’ll explore a mindful yet light-hearted asana practice inspired by nature, followed by guided meditation in a unique private woodland setting.

Suitable for all levels. Please wear comfortable layers suitable for outdoors, and bring a yoga mat, towel (to place under your mat,) a blanket, sunscreen, water, sunglasses and a sense of adventure. There will be a short break and refreshments will be provided.
Please note – we will endeavour to embrace the elements – however, should it rain very heavily, the workshop will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

Please get in touch by email to book your place. info[at]
